Poor Vicky Haigh is being criminally persecuted by the Doncaster Police. They violently arrested her for allegedly "breaching a non-molestation order" which was wrongly brought against her before Xmas 2010, instead of being bought against unconvicted paedophile David Tune, her ex-husband who had viciously turned the tables on Vicky in order to defend his guilt. The apparent stupidity of both the police and the Doncaster Social Services appears to know no bounds: not even once have they stopped to think what they are doing, nor WHY! The cruelty and inhumanity of these people beggars belief. What if it were THEIR child at stake ?
Most disturbingly, in 2009, Vicky's 7 year old daughter, "R", had given clear evidence of sexual abuse from her father to the incompetent police, in two video interviews - but the police overrode the child's testimony, in favour of the paedophile. Initially, the father had to have 'supervised contact visits' with his daughter, and for good reason. Steps were even being taken to criminally prosecute him, but mysteriously, and all of a sudden, the psychologist and other "care workers' who supported the conviction of the paedo father, were all taken off the Case ! They disappeared, and a new CAFCASS "guardian" was appointed, clearly siding with the paedo father.
Then, fuelled by the voracious Doncaster Metropolitan Borough Council ("DMBC") egging on the police, who were evidently salivating over the prospect of filling their coffers with thousands of pounds a week from taxpayers Public purse if they landed a "CARE ORDER" - this was, astonishingly, achieved through trickery in the Court, involving the DMBC collaring Vicky's legal "representatives" and influencing them to achieve their desired outcome. Obviously they've been there before! The lawyers simply got round the issue when they "advised" Vicky to 'drop the criminal charges against the child's father', creating a huge fear of loss in her by threatening her with "otherwise losing her daughter if she went against their advice". The worst then happened, Vicky unwittingly played into their hands, and they snatched the child, while the evil paedophile father smugly alleged "there! I told you Vicky was coaching our daughter" without a shred of evidence to support this heinous act of "turning the tables".
By sheer crookery in the unlawful and secretive Children's "family courts", Vicky all of a sudden had the "supervised contact visits order" levied against HER! This is when Vicky's nightmare really began. She went through gruelling and rigged Court proceedings, was cross-examined for 2 full days compared to the paedo father having only an hour's questioning, and all the 'odds' were stacked against her - obviously it had been pre-arranged by DMBC, the police (who conflictedly receive their wages from DMBC) and the Courts all colluded to pervert Justice against Vicky and her child.
Things then got worse and worse. Vicky was told by DMBC that she could not say "I love you" to her daughter, and other shocking Nazi-restrictions were imposed on her. The ridiculous and Draconian DMBC then demanded that Vicky sign a contractual agreement to which Vicky said "I can't sign THAT!" as any thinking mother would say. So DMBC denied Vicky all access to her child. I met Vicky in October 2010, who by this stage was deeply traumatised and distressed about everything that was happening to her and her daughter. She could not figure out how it had all come about nor how the tables had been turned on her by the sexually deviant father of her daughter.
Just 2 days before xmas 2010, the vicious DMBC, furious that Vicky did not cow-tow to their deluded demands, applied for a 'Non-molestation order" FOR NO GOOD REASON without serving ANY Notice to her from the Court! It was a 'fait accompli' and Vicky was denied due process of Law. It was rather like doing a heart transplant but on the wrong patient! The Press and Media grew interested in the story, at which DMBC slapped an "Injunction" on the matter, against Vicky, her daughter, myself and "The Worldwide Media" (!) - once again, denying due process of Law to us, ignoring the serving of any notice, once again a 'fait accompli' using dirty tricks - clearly with the Court in their back pocket.
Then something extraordinary occurred: I discovered that the woman driving these vexatious legal proceedings, one named LISA BUNN from child-killers DMBC (7 children in their "care" have died of neglect in the past 4 years alone & 28 convictions of fraud on their various staff members), had been deceiving the Courts! It turned out she was not even a solicitor, and had no locus standii or higher rights of audience to have conducted the proceedings. On 5 January, the dumb-kopf police arrested Vicky for sending her child a christmas present, allegedly "breaching" the asinine "order" that was procured by deception, led by a fraudulent and incompetent non-solicitor and employee of DMBC who was abusing her position! THIS HAS STILL NOT BEEN ADDRESSED BY EITHER THE COURTS, THE POLICE, NOR DMBC THEMSELVES.
Ignoring all the evidence raised to the Court against DMBC and David Tune and the police, it turned out David Tune's brother, Michael, had some influence to wield on the Police, being an officer himself within the Humberside Force. A complaint was raised of Justice being perverted and Michael tune's 'undue influence', but the police refused to even record the complaint, let alone investigate it! WHY ?Then a chance encounter between Vicky and her daughter, accompanied by the paedo father, happened at a petrol station when all 3 attended coincidentally at the same time. Overcome with his own guilt, the paedo father dialled '999' and alleged "a 2nd breach of the non-molestation order" against Vicky - and this resulted in the police going completely over the top. Below is Vicky's testimony in her own words, having just been released on "bail" today (yes, they have now criminalised her despite her INNOCENCE):-
" Saturday 9 April 2011 - My injuries are coming out now. Bruising on both arms and wrists, where the handcuffs were, lump behind my ear where an evil policewoman really pushed her finger on a pressure point several times, (it didn't work), it took 6 police people to restrain me, pulling my hair, legs, arms. I really have never experienced anything like it. I could not attend the court as I was unable to walk up the 4 flights of stairs as the police were pulling my legs from under the bottom of the bed that I was sleeping in in the maternity ward and have strained my stomach so badly. The amazing thing is the midwives and nurses watched, without intervening. I cannot believe the violence used against an innocent heavily pregnant mother. It took all of them to then get me into the police car, as I wanted to stay in hospital as there are no beds in the cells where they were taking me. I was physically sick in the car with all the violence I received. The court hearing has been moved to Monday but whether I will be able to walk by then I am not sure. I am still shocked at the barbaric violent actions of the treatment from the police as I thought they were not allowed to touch you. Reinforcements were called and there were 6 policemen and women trying to get me off the bed. Their efforts have resulted in a lump behind my ear as a woman repeatedly pressed hard a pressure point, a sore head from hair pulling, badly bruised wrists from the handcuffs, bruises on arms and a very sore stomach from the way they wrenched my legs from the bed. I was extremley violently manhandled and then they violently put me in the police car where I vomited. The police had the cheek to say how badly behaved I was for a woman in my condition. They actually thought they were doing a good job!! I explained it would be them with the handcuffs on soon. I said I didn't realise I lived in Nazi Germany.Your work was taken out on me, that's all I was saying. It got very, very scary in those cells. The custody sargeant Wood was very rattled as he said he was keeping me in rather than bailing me, the female officer who interviewed me was very rattled, the elderly Indian male nurse would not give me his name ( covered his name badge with his hand) was very suspicious, I made him take my blood pressure and he had no idea, he told me my stomach was in my chest!! I was scared as they were all scared.I think this was all due to the amount of people ringing in. You must not be fooled by thinking these people are listening as we thought Anthony Douglas listened. I am now thinking there is a big operation in progress and my thoughts are to go to Scotland Yard as I can feel a big ring is in place. This case is too bizarre Liz. Don’t believe a word that comes out of Vicky Haighs mouth and don’t be taken in by her. I know her personally and I have known her since we were teenagers and I knew that one day I would see something like this. This is a woman who has had more men than hot dinners and far too many of them were other peoples’ husbands, she would do anything for fame and fortune and I do mean ANYTHING! She is not the person she says she is, she would sell her own Mother to further herself and I am in NO doubt that the Father of her poor unfortunate child is just the last in a long line of men to be taken in by her, she lives a Walter Mitty life full of untruths. She had an affair with Trainer Willy McKai until she rang his wife to blow their cover and she was unceremoniously dumped, she has had an affair with a titled Gentleman who paid for her 40th birthday party at the Crown Hotel Doncaster, she also asked her Daughter’s riding instructor to tell Social Services that the girl was sore and unable to ride and she asked the instructor to say the Daughter had said that ‘Daddy did it’. I know these things for a fact and Vicky has made no secret of the things that have happened to her and the things she has done, she has no shame. Don’t be fooled by the little girl voice and the big smile, she’s a snake! I’m very very sad to see good people getting involved on her behalf, you deserve better and believe me their are people who deserve your time and energy a lot more than Vicky

A DONCASTER mum who ‘manufactured’ claims her ex-husband abused their daughter caused ‘profound difficulties’ for the little girl at school says a judge.
Model and racehorse trainer Victoria Haigh’s behaviour also ‘jeopardised’ the livelihood of ex-husband David Tune, said judge Sir Nicholas Wall, President of the Family Division of the High Court.
His comments are in a written information document on a legal website.
Last month, Sir Nicholas criticised Ms Haigh at a High Court hearing in London - saying she made up abuse allegations about Mr Tune then ‘caused’ the little girl, now seven, to repeat them to police.
The judge has now revealed more information about the case in the information document published on the British and Irish Legal Information Institute website.
He stated: “Perhaps most disturbingly Ms Haigh has caused profound difficulties for X at her school.
“The school has informed the court that some, if not most, of the parents whose children attend X’s primary school have an understanding of the allegations made by Ms Haigh that are placed on the web.”
Sir Nicholas said Ms Haigh e-mailed parents at her daughter’s school and directed them to an internet page in which Mr Tune was labelled ‘paedophile father’.
The judge said she also contacted Mr Tune’s employers and directed them to documents which said her ex-husband was a ‘paedophile and a rapist’.
The little girl now lives with her father and is subject to a care plan organised by an authority in Doncaster, the court has heard.
Sir Nicholas has ruled that Ms Haigh, Mr Tune and Doncaster Council, the local authority which is working with the little girl, can be identified so the public could be told Mr Tune was ‘not a paedophile’.
But he says the little girl - referred to as ‘X’ in court documents - must not be named.
Ms Haigh and Mr Tune married in May 2003, but split in 2005.
